Pause was created around a simple idea: the body was designed for rhythm, rest, and alignment—but modern life rarely allows for it. Pause offers private, in-home care that blends chiropractic, bodywork, and lymphatic support into a single, thoughtful experience. Each session is tailored to restore balance within the body while bringing a sense of calm back into the home.

Dr. Carriveau's work is intentionally quiet and deeply personal. By limiting the number of clients served, you experience care that is unhurried, attentive, and grounded in presence. Pause exists for those who value not only how they feel, but how they live—creating space to step out of the constant pace of life and return to a more rested, aligned state.

At Pause, each session is designed as a comprehensive, in-home experience—integrating multiple hands-on techniques to support alignment, circulation, and overall restoration within the body. Rather than offering isolated services, care is thoughtfully tailored in real time, allowing each visit to address what the body needs most in that moment.

Sessions may incorporate a combination of spinal and extremity adjustments, targeted bodywork, lymphatic support, and gentle visceral techniques to release areas of tension and restriction. This integrative approach allows the body to move more freely, recover more efficiently, and settle into a more balanced, regulated state.
